Our Story
My journey in the world of hair and beauty began at the age of 9 when I helped my mother in her hair salon in Medellín, Colombia. From that moment, I developed a deep love and passion for the industry, and I always dreamed of one day opening my own salon.
At the age of 18, I began moving to different cities around the world, collecting diverse experiences and expanding my expertise. This journey is what enables me today to offer my skills and knowledge to my clients. In March 2019, I moved to Melbourne, Australia, and decided to dedicate myself full-time to my passion for hair. As my client base grew, I took the leap and pursued my dream of opening a salon. In March 2022, Valentina Ardila Hair Salon opened its doors in Richmond, Melbourne. It was a dream come true, and I instantly fell in love with the space, creating every corner from scratch with my clients' comfort and tranquility in mind. Now, I’m thrilled to help my clients create their dream hair and offer a personalized experience that reflects my lifelong passion for the beauty industry.
