Valentina Ardila Hair uses Australia Post for standard/express
shipping in Australia and a courier service for same day delivery in Melbourne only. Prices will vary depending on which option you have selected. All goods require payment in full before being shipped.
Once you place an order, please allow 3-7 business days for standard delivery and 1-3 days for express delivery via Australia Post, depending on your location.
Please note that shipping days may vary due to COVID-19 and this is out of our control. We are committed to providing the best customer service to follow up any orders that are taking longer than usual and to ensure sure your products are delivered as quickly as possible.

Unless you indicate to
us you request signature on delivery, it is not the responsibility of Valentina
Ardila Hair to reimburse the customer for loss of goods if the parcel is lost.

Bulk Buying
Some of the products
on our website have quantity restrictions. If you wish to purchase a particular product in bulk (10 or more), please contact one of our stores directly and we can discuss options to decrease shipping costs.
Click and Collect
We offer click and collect at our Richmond store. Once your order is ready to be collected you will receive a notification via email or phone.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping on almost all our products. Please contact us before ordering to
obtain a quote for international shipping. All international orders must be approved before purchase.
Valentina Ardila Hair
is not responsible for any shipping costs including but not limited to shipping tax, importation tax, or customs clearance.
Returns Policy
In most cases you may return new, unopened items within 14 days for a full refund. Once the items
have been returned, you will be refunded within 10 business days to the account you used to purchase the items. We are not responsible for any items that have been returned in an unsatisfactory or unsellable condition.
You are responsible for the costs of returning the products to us. Return shipping will not be covered by Valentina Ardila Hair unless there is proof that the item was
incorrect or faulty/damaged. Please contact us immediately if you believe the good received are faulty or damaged.
You will receive confirmation via email or phone once the refund has been processed. Please contact us before returning your items.
